Our Certified Applicator is the first level for a professional to participate as an in-network SoftWash Systems company. The Certified Applicator educational course is designed to teach beginners and professionals how to SoftWash profitably.
SoftWash Systems offers education that encompasses all levels of professionals, the best support in the industry, the newest innovations for softwashing equipment, and time-tested chemicals that do the work for you!
This training can be used for all your future employees. Training gives you and your team confidence, confidence in talking about SoftWashing knowledgeably and confidence in selling a phenomenal product.
You will receive a USB with all videos, workbooks etc…for you to use with your team to make them best at what they do. The Lead Tech course comprises of 9 modules, the test for this course costs £79, Asst tech less modules, test £49. This gives your business structure and gives your team members goals.

- Step 2 – Buy your Certified Applicator Course
- Step 3 – Watch and learn all 20 applicator modules
- Step 4 – Sit your on-line CA test
- Step 5 – Buy your machine
- Step 6 – Locate and contact your nearest Pro Staff member and arrange your hands-on training day
- Step 7- Complete your hands-on proficiency with your Pro Staff and have them send it in to Head office

- Step 8 – Meet Yearly Continued Education Units (CEU’s).

CEU Credits required for re-qualifying
- For 2019 a minimum number of 60 CEUs has been approved by the SoftWash Systems Board of Directors.
- This is for each and every level in the organisation.
- This helps us track that you are growing your company & employees through continuous training and evaluation.
- Each employee position in your company must be SWS Certified in Assistant Tech, Lead Tech, Salesperson & Assistant Manager.
Qualifying Naturally
- A company or individual will qualify naturally on the first year they meet that levels requirements.
- Naturally means meeting the minimum requirements for your level as stated on the three slides above.
- The first year of qualifying naturally for your status you will not need to prove CEUs.
- The second year and forevermore you will re-qualify within the SWS continuing education program.
- A company or individual will qualify naturally on the first year they meet that levels requirements.
Re-qualifying
- For the second year of you earning your status through forevermore, you will need to earn CEUs.
- This is done for each and every year you earn status within the SWS organisation.
- If an in-network company fails to meet the natural qualifications or the CEU goal for the year they will lose their status.
- This will be reviewed on a case by case, company by company, basis by the membership committee.
